Economic & Environmental Analysis of Dairy Farms with Barns

The objective of this study was to investigate the financial aspects of a barn system basedon an investment cost-benefit analysis approach, and to investigate the resultant change infarm system, as well as the associated environmental footprint measured in terms ofnitrogen and phosphorous leaching and greenhouse gas emissions via OVERSEER®.
