Raised on a dairy farm, Roz has a strong connection to the rural sector and enjoys working alongside people who share her appreciation for agriculture and rural communities.

At AgFirst Waikato, Roz supports the team across a wide range of areas, including project and event coordination, recruitment, office administration, health and safety, communications and marketing. She enjoys working with people, bringing ideas together and helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Her background spans event management, recruitment, marketing and sports administration. During her time with New Zealand Young Farmers, Roz built strong relationships across the rural sector, working with rural communities, businesses and industry stakeholders. This experience continues to shape her approach to working with people and supporting the team at AgFirst.

Outside of work, Roz enjoys being involved in her local community and spending time with her husband and two children.
