Born and raised on the Hauraki Plains in a dairy farming family, Mark brings extensive practical farming experience and a strong understanding of the rural sector to his role with AgFirst Waikato.

After progressing through the dairy industry, Mark sold his cows in 2024 and took on a new challenge with AgFirst Waikato. Alongside his role as North Island Velvetleaf Coordinator, he assists with farm supervision and relief work, pond drop testing and solar installations.

Mark enjoys getting out on farms, working with clients and giving back to the industry that shaped his career.
