With a practical dairy farming career behind him, Graeme brings extensive hands-on experience and a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing New Zealand dairy farmers. Having worked in a range of agricultural roles as both an employee and self-employed business operator, he combines practical farming knowledge with a genuine understanding of day-to-day farm operations.

Graeme is actively involved in Dairy Effluent Storage Calculations (DESCs), Dairy Effluent Warrant of Fitness (DEWOF) assessments, and Pond Drop Testing across the Waikato, helping dairy farmers better understand and manage their effluent systems.

Through AgFirst's partnership with Farmgen, Graeme also supports the delivery of on-farm solar installations throughout the Waikato. He works with dairy farmers to assess the suitability of solar for their operation and assists with projects from initial enquiry through to installation.

Graeme enjoys working alongside dairy farmers and helping them identify opportunities to improve farm performance, efficiency, and sustainability.
