Sean brings a strong practical farming background to Agfirst as well as governance and business analysis skills gained from advisory work within the accounting sector and contract work with central government. He brings a future focus lens to the whole farm business looking at future opportunities for individual farm businesses and their people whilst developing strategies to create positive outcomes when dealing with the ever-increasing challenges facing the Agricultural sector.

Having been involved in the RMPP Action Network programme for the last two years as a facilitator ,connector and subject matter expert allows Sean to connect farm businesses to others across the sector who can add ongoing value to their business.

Sean is an approved Farm Environmental Management Plan provider accredited in advanced sustainable nutrient management and is well skilled in the use of the Overseer nutrient management programme. Outside of Agfirst Sean has other business interests including a newly established sheep milking venture.
