With over 15 years’ experience in Northland’s rural industry, Neil joined the AgFirst Northland team in June 2020.
He is passionate about supporting farming businesses to be economically, socially and environmentally sustainable.
His career to date has covered all areas of pastoral agribusiness in Northland including dairy, sheep, beef and environmental management.
Neil has strong knowledge of the relationship between primary production, profitability and the practical mitigation strategies needed for farmers to reduce their impact. Neil’s background has allowed him to build an extensive knowledge of the region’s pests, pastures, climate and soils.
