John Hall

John has been a practicing Farm Management Consultant in the Waikato region since 1979.

His field of work covers all aspects of farm management in a wide variety of farming types. More recently John's work has developed into supervision of a number of large multi property organisations.

As well as working one-on-one with individual farmer clients, John has had considerable experience in dairy conversion projects developing farms from 300 - 1,300 cow dairy units.

He has been involved in all aspects of the project from assessing the feasibility, engaging the contractors, supervising developments, employing the staff and purchasing the livestock for the farm business.

For other absentee owner clients, John supervises their properties, managing the staff and farm administration systems in liaison with key people in their administration teams.

John has considerable experience in recruiting farm staff, setting up employment agreements and then working alongside farm owners, sharemilkers and managers.

John's singular focus is to help his clients grow their business in a sustainable and profitable way.
