1980-1993	Farm advisory officer with the Ministry of Agriculture Gisborne.
1993-1995	Agriculture New Zealand Consultancy Manager for the Gisborne/Wairoa district.
1995	Agriculture New Zealand was sold to Wrightson’s Ltd.
1995	AgFirst New Zealand Limited a private company was established with 17 colleagues throughout New Zealand.
1995	AgFirst Consultants Gisborne Ltd was established with two other colleagues.
1995-	Director and practising farm business consultant with AgFirst.
